Well My Way utilizes a HIPAA compliant, user-friendly telehealth site called Healthie. Once you book your first appointment or package, you’ll be guided to setup a free Healthie account. From there, you’ll be able to fill out forms, ask questions, share food photos and more!
After booking, please complete any forms that might be required before your first visit. Plan for 15 to 20 minutes for this. Have your recent blood work and medication list handy to complete the forms.

The dietitian will spend some time getting a better idea of your current lifestyle (sleep patterns, typical meals, grocery shopping, family to-dos) and your medical history. We will start to think about big health goals and how to break them up into achievable milestones. Your questions will be answered and accompanying education provided. One question to ask yourself before your first visit is, “What would I want to change most about my health if I could snap my fingers and make it happen?”
