The Best and Worst Things 2021 Did for Our Health and Wellness

Okay 2022, this is your time to shine.  It won't take much considering the job 2020 and 2021 did, so please dazzle us and we promise to make it the best year yet.

Even in a year like 2021, we can find some positives.  Read on for the best and worst things that 2021 did for our health and wellness.

Best: 

  • We continued to practice slowing down, even when activities resumed.  Activities we didn't enjoy or benefit from were finally okay to let go.
  • Healthcare telemedicine continues to improve and there are high hopes that insurance coverage will only get better.
  • People are dedicated to improving their personal health more than ever.
  • We are giving more consideration to how we make purchases and choosing more local options, which helps your local community.
  • A greater appreciation for our loved ones!  Those hugs are extra tight.

Worst:

  • Why dwell on the worst?  We all experienced these life-changing events month after month.  And it wasn't pretty.

My hope for you is that you realized in the last two years just how strong you are and all that you are capable of accomplishing, even in the most difficult circumstances.
